So what is Ethereal Light and who is it run by?
Ethereal Light is run by Julian Elliott, a professional freelance landscape photographer and writer living in Tours, France. This is my photographic portfolio of various subject matter.
Through my work, I will also look to teach people landscape photography workshops here in France and the UK designed to help you understand more about your camera, composition and light.
I prefer working either early in the morning when the sun rises from below the horizon or at the end of the day, when the sun sets in the west.
During these two times of day the light is very soft and more "ethereal", hence the name for the portfolio.
